SHIPPING AND PAYMENT
What you should know:

Items are delivered to the customer's specified address within 7 (seven) days after the payment.

Shipment price is shown after the Order is processed and it depends on Item's weight, dimensions and Delivery address.

Items can be collected only by the person specified in the Order.

If Items were not delivered on specified time or if some Items are missing in the delivery, the Customer should inform the Seller about it via email not later than 1 day after the Delivery was received. If Customer does not inform Seller about defects and shortages in the Delivery within the term specified in this clause - it is assumed that Customer does not have any claims against the Seller

The Seller is not responsible if Delivery terms are not met due to circumstances that are not dependent on the Seller.

If Seller does not have enough Items on Stock but informs Customer about it - Delivery terms are not valid.

Customer can pay for the Order via Bank transfer or credit/debit card.
QUALITY, WARRANTY AND RETURNS
What you should know:
Quality, warranty and returns of the items.

Seller guarantees that the quality of all the items complies with standards applicable to all Manufacturers within the Republic of Lithuania and if there are no such standards declared - regular requirements that are applicable to Retail commerce. Items should be correctly sealed, packed and do not have any discrepancies.

Discrepancies of sold items are corrected, low-quality items exchanged or returned based on the Policy stated in the agreement and according to Republic of Lithuania legislation.

Customer has the rights to return items within 14 (fourteen) days after buying them without providing any reason. Customer cannot use this right if the made agreement type is one of the specified in Lithuania's Civil Code 6.22810 clause 2 agreement types.

Customer can use the right to return items only if the specified return term has not expired.

All the items sold have a warranty that is specified in the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
